Once you enter into a buyers agreement the fun begins. You will first fill out your home search criteria. This will help me determine which properties to concentrate on.

When I find homes that match your search criteria I will post this home and any additional information to your information page which you can logon to anytime. I will make all appointments for a home viewing.

Once you find a house you are interested in we will discuss the price to offer. I have experience in contract negotiations and will help you to get a fair price for your home.

Upon the acceptance of your offer we enter the contract stage. It is extremely important that every detail is handled accurately and in a timely manner.

The property is inspected by a home inspector to ensure that there are no hidded suprises. If repairs are needed, we would normally negotiate them into the offer price.

The final stage of the home buying process is closing which is where the transfer of the title to the property occurs. I will provide you with a list of what you need to prepare for closing. I will attend closing with you.
